Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped from Portugal using CTT (Portuguese Postal Services) or their international delivery partners.

Every order is sent with tracking, allowing you to follow its journey once dispatched. Tracking information will be sent by email after shipment.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination, weight and dimensions of the items purchased.

Processing Time

Orders are usually prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:

• Portugal: 1–2 business days
• Europe: 4–7 business days
• Rest of the world: 7+ business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and delays may occasionally occur due to customs procedures or local postal services.

Packaging

All artworks and objects are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.

Ceramic pieces and tile compositions are packed with additional protective materials due to their fragile nature.

Larger canvas works shipped outside Portugal may be sent rolled in a protective tube (without stretcher bars) to ensure safe transportation and reduce shipping costs.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
