Coleção: Original Paintings

I have always been interested in what exists beneath the surface.
These paintings began as a personal practice of slowing down and paying attention. They were created during periods of silence, observation and reflection, becoming a space where thoughts, questions and contradictions could take shape without needing immediate answers.
Many of the figures appear in pairs. They look at each other, avoid each other, mirror each other. They speak about relationships, but also about the different versions of ourselves that coexist at any given moment. The conversations we have, the ones we avoid, and the ones that happen quietly within us.
The palette reflects this balance. Colour is present, but never excessive. It appears carefully, almost sparingly, creating moments of tension and softness within darker structures. Perhaps because I have always been drawn to restraint as much as expression.
These works do not aim to tell a single story. Instead, they invite pause, interpretation and recognition. Each painting is an original piece, carrying its own questions and leaving space for yours.
